Inside914 — Advertising Terms and Conditions
Operated by Inside Diagnostics LLC

1. Agreement and Parties
These Advertising Terms and Conditions govern the reservation and purchase of advertising placements through Inside914, a shared direct-mail advertising service operated by Inside Diagnostics LLC.
“Inside914,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Inside Diagnostics LLC in connection with the Inside914 service.
“Advertiser,” “you,” and “your” refer to the business or individual reserving advertising.
By completing a reservation, you agree to the applicable Advertising Terms, Reservation and Cancellation/Refund Policy, and campaign-specific conditions presented during checkout.
If you act on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter the agreement for that business.
2. Advertising Services
Inside914 offers shared postcard advertising distributed to selected geographic areas, initially within Westchester County, New York.
A standard campaign contains ten paid advertising positions across the front and back of one shared postcard.
Each selected advertising area constitutes a separate campaign and reservation, even when several areas are selected during one checkout.
An advertising reservation is for the displayed position and campaign only.
No advertiser receives exclusive geographic, business-category or market rights unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Prices and Reservations
The price of each advertising position is displayed before checkout and recorded with the reservation.
Inside914 may change prices for future reservations but will not increase an existing accepted reservation amount without appropriate new authorization.
Amount charged today: $0.00.
A confirmed reservation means advertising space has been reserved. It does not mean the postcard has been paid for, approved for production, printed or mailed.
4. Saved Payment Method and Future Authorization
Stripe securely processes and stores the advertiser's payment method.
The advertiser authorizes no more than one future charge for each selected campaign, up to that campaign's individually accepted amount.
Collection may occur only when:
- All ten positions in the campaign are reserved.
- Required artwork has been reviewed and approved.
- Required production and printer-proof checks are completed.
- Inside914 explicitly approves the campaign for collection and production.
- Valid payment authorization remains in effect.
- No unresolved qualifying cancellation request or authorization problem prevents collection.
A completed campaign does not authorize charging an unrelated or incomplete campaign.
There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic monthly advertising fees.
If additional cardholder authentication is required, Inside914 may contact the advertiser through the secure payment-recovery process.
5. Campaign Deadlines
Every campaign has a displayed reservation deadline.
If all ten positions are not reserved by the deadline, new bookings close while Inside914 reviews whether to cancel the campaign or offer a revised date.
An incomplete campaign cannot be charged.
Proposed operational standard: Inside914 will communicate the decision within five business days of the original deadline.
A material deadline extension or revised payment condition requires an appropriate new agreement.
Existing customers retain the rights provided by the terms originally accepted.
If a qualifying extension is not accepted, the affected reservation will be canceled without charge under the applicable policy.
6. Artwork Ownership and Permissions
The advertiser retains ownership of its submitted artwork.
The advertiser grants Inside Diagnostics LLC and its contracted production providers a limited, nonexclusive license to store, review, format, reproduce, print and distribute the artwork for the agreed campaign.
This license does not authorize unrelated commercial resale of the artwork.
The advertiser represents that it possesses the necessary rights to all submitted photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text and promotional content.
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that advertising claims are accurate, lawful and adequately substantiated.
QR codes, website addresses, offers and contact details must be accurate and functional.
7. Artwork Review and Rejection
Inside914 may reject or request changes to artwork that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, inappropriate or technically unsuitable for printing.
Examples include insufficient image resolution, unusable QR codes, misleading claims and unauthorized copyrighted material.
Inside914 will provide a reasonable opportunity to correct rejected artwork before the applicable deadline, subject to production requirements.
Automated image-quality checks and administrator review do not constitute legal endorsement of the advertiser's claims.
A failure to provide acceptable replacement artwork may result in cancellation under the applicable cancellation policy.
8. Artwork Changes and Production Lock
Advertisers may request artwork changes using their private reservation link or by contacting Info@inside914.com.
Requests are subject to review and applicable deadlines.
Submitting a request does not automatically replace approved artwork.
Once the final printer order has been committed, artwork changes may no longer be possible.
A timely acknowledged artwork-change request must be resolved before committing a conflicting final production version.
9. Printing and Mailing
Inside914 uses third-party providers for printing, mailing and related services.
Household counts, delivery-area estimates and mailing dates are planning estimates unless a specific commitment is expressly included in the accepted campaign agreement.
Inside914 does not guarantee that every residence or mailbox within an area will receive a postcard.
Inside914 does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, calls, website visits or responses.
Printer acceptance, postal acceptance and individual household delivery are different events.
Inside914 will not describe postal acceptance as proof of delivery to every household.
10. Campaign Status and Evidence
Advertisers may receive access to a private reservation page displaying campaign progress, artwork status, payment status and authorized production or mailing records.
Only approved and appropriate records are shared.
Published documentation may include printer confirmation, a final approved proof, postal acceptance or a mailing confirmation.
Documentation establishes only the milestone actually supported by the record.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Advertisers may request cancellation according to the separate Reservation and Cancellation/Refund Policy.
A cancellation request does not automatically delete or cancel the reservation.
Eligible unresolved cancellation requests must be reviewed before charging the affected reservation.
Refund eligibility depends on the payment and production stage, the reason for cancellation, any failure to perform the agreed service and applicable law.
12. Production Delays and Errors
Printing and mailing may be delayed by printer problems, postal disruptions, severe weather or other operational circumstances.
Inside914 will notify affected advertisers of material production or mailing problems.
If Inside914 cannot complete the agreed mailing service, it will offer an appropriate full refund for the unfulfilled service or a replacement mailing expressly accepted by the advertiser.
Material printing or distribution errors will be reviewed against actual printer records, the accepted agreement and applicable legal rights.
13. Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers must provide accurate contact information and respond reasonably to requests needed to complete the campaign.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and fulfillment of their products, services, offers and advertised claims.
Promotional deadlines and offers should remain appropriate for the anticipated mailing period.
14. Privacy and Information Security
Inside914 handles business, artwork, contact and payment-related information according to its Privacy Policy.
Full card numbers are entered through Stripe and are not stored by Inside914.
Private reservation links should be kept confidential.
15. Complaints and Disputes
Questions or disputes should be sent to:
Include the reservation reference and relevant information.
Inside914 will review claims using the accepted agreement, payment records, artwork history and printer/mailing documentation.
The proposed governing law is New York, subject to qualified legal review and mandatory applicable law.
No provision is intended to eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Changes to Terms
New versions apply prospectively unless an appropriate agreement provides otherwise.
Existing accepted payment amounts, deadline rights and material terms must not be silently overwritten.
The accepted version and exact checkout authorization wording must remain auditable.
